The communication was free-flowing and we were kept up to date with all developments. The two consultants who worked with us were always available to answer questions from staff and management and flexible with our tight schedules. The project included communication and agreement on the topics to be measured, launching the survey, guidelines for managers and change agents, setting up and running focus groups and putting together action plans for us to implement.
