Performance Improvement Plan


Employers have an obligation to their employees to assist them to succeed and grow in their roles. Work performance is measured by how a person fulfils the duties of their role, completes required tasks and behaves in the workplace.

However, there will always be times when an employee’s performance becomes a concern for management. When this happens, you need to ensure that the process of assisting the employee to improve their performance is fair and non-discriminatory.
